Please abide by the following SECJSA District rules when loading a birth certificate and head photos.

BIRTH CERTIFICATES - DO'S
The birth certificate should be centered and clear with all text legible.
HEAD SHOT - DO'S
- The photo should be clear, centered and a front portrait view of your face.
- Please, make certain your eyes are open.
BIRTH CERTIFICATES - DON'TS
- Uploaded certificate should not be blurry
- Should not be over exposed or washed out making it hard to read
- The document should be centered so that all vital information is in frame and viewable.
HEAD SHOT - DON'TS
- Minimize the shadows by taking the photo with light in front of you, not behind you.
- Your face should fill most of the frame.
- Sunglasses and hats will not be accepted.
- Please, no funny faces 🙂
